心得:

Teachers and staffs there are just nice and friendly. There are always smiles on their faces. And no matter when you need any help, they are willing to do you a faver.

My home dad is a big fan of ice hockey. (Of course he is, every Canadian is lol) We all enjoyed our dinners while watching hockey games.

My home mom works as a chef, which means every meal we had were just like we were eating in a nice restaurant.

It was so sweet of her to make me four bags of cookies to bring back to Taiwan. Their sister and brother-in-law are so nice, too.

Sometimes we took turns to do the dishes for everyone. We were just like a big happy family. I love and miss all of them so much. 

本次學習之旅，最大收穫:

To be totally independent. Going abroad alone, living without my family, and having to speak only English made me really grow up and also taught me how to deal with everything on my own.

I am not afraid of speaking English any more. Being in a foreign country forced me to speak amount of English every day.  Which also helps me a lot to get my current job as a cram school teacher.     

想對同學說的話:

Enjoy all your time in Vancouver! It is an amazing city, and you never know how wonderful it is, unless you go and explore by yourselves. Once I got there, I didn’t want to leave anymore. Last but not least, don’t forget to visit the US, too! It is convenient and economical to go by bus form Vancouver.
